All product descriptions and information are provided for general informational purposes. We cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product colours.
Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all Egyptian governorates. Additional payment methods will be available soon.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
